I have doubt about icem cfd. I did (geometry-airfoil)mesh in icem cfd and uploaded in fluent and while put on run mode divergence is found. I have already done simulation of this same airfoil geometry .(did mesh in ansys). No divergence is found in ansys simulation.
What is reason behind it ?
Please provide appropriate solution.

I ran fluent with ansys meshes and icem meshes. There is no fundamental diffference. However, fluent is not very forgiven with respect to bad meshes. (For that reason I prefer CFX.) So, probably the ICEM mesh is of bad quality. But where the differences are.......? Impossible to say with the information you provided. I receommend to open both in Post simultaneously to see where the differences are.

Did you you check the mesh on errors in ICEM (mostly surface orientation errors)? Did you see an error popping up upon export to fluent?

I did not find any error in icem mesh and while exporting file in fluent

Did you smooth the mesh? What is your lowest quality?

Here first two are photos of quality and last one is photo of orthogonal quality.

The lowest value is not a very good idea in Fluent. You need at least 0.01.
So, you need to smooth the mesh, or modify the geometry & the blocking to obtain something better.

If you don't know where the problem is, you can use your RMB on the bar of the worst elements in the histogram to create a subset, which you can visualise.

I will try for mesh quality improvement.
