Advice for meshing a complex boolean domain

I am working on meshing the fluid domain of airflow over a complex geometry. I did this by creating a Boolean to extract the solid from the domain. I'm having trouble getting a good mesh by any automatic methods. I cannot share the geometry but it is essentially a large, hollow fiberglass body with many brackets and supports on the outside. I have simplified the geometry as much as I can. My main problem is that I have a lot of faces (150+), and some are very thin (1mm thick) with respect to the overall size of the device (2m x .5m x 1.5m). I have tried the auto-inflation method plus some others without much luck. What options, if any, do I have to effectively mesh this geometry without going into meshing each face/edge individually?

Named Selections

You should try naming various faces. Here is a link with a video and there they explain with more detail.
