spaceclaim can not start individually
 

spaceclaim can not start individally，but in workbench it can be opened with the geometry component。
when i start spaceclaim from the Windows Start menu : All Programs > ANSYS 2019 r1 > SCDM 2019 r1,the mouse pointer firstly turns into waiting circular ，but after a while it disappears with nothing happens and without showing any starting or error msg.
at the same time spaceclaim appears in the Task Manager，but then disappears with nothing happens.
what happens，how to fix it ，can anyone helps？

i think it is a registry problem
 

i have Repeated installation many times, the problem still exists

now i think it is a registry problem ，because i clear registry before installation .

so is there anyone who knows somthing in registry about spaceclaim launching?
