Hello,
I am trying mesh a helical channel with triangular cross section, when I apply the mesh features to a much shorter section of the channel it works fine, when i try this on a full length channel i start to get negative elements at points along the rounded corners. I'm using a boundary layer refinement for a K-w SST turbulence model Please let me know if there are any files i can send for inspection Rob |

Try sweep mesh.
or Slice body as shown to create mapped sweepable bodies, then create part. Use sweep mesh with all quads from one end to the other. |
