Hello,

I am trying mesh a helical channel with triangular cross section, when I apply the mesh features to a much shorter section of the channel it works fine, when i try this on a full length channel i start to get negative elements at points along the rounded corners.

I'm using a boundary layer refinement for a K-w SST turbulence model

Please let me know if there are any files i can send for inspection

Try sweep mesh.
or
Slice body as shown to create mapped sweepable bodies, then create part.
Use sweep mesh with all quads from one end to the other.
