O-Grid not successful
 

Hello,
I have been trying to mesh my pipe geometry using O-Grid, but there comes an error when i click "ok" after completing my o grid. "O-Grid not successful". Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason for that?..

Have you done the tutorials involving creation of O-Grids? Maybe the selections you make are not suitable to create an O-Grid. Maybe include an image so we can see what you try to do.
