hi guys i did my project in icem and then link it with fluent in workbench window now i click on update on fluent.i want to know how much time it required? my total element is almost 7million?

Well it's difficult to estimate as we don't know what is your hardware configuration, the ANSYS version that you're using, etc...

As a comparison when I import a mesh of ~12M from ICEM to Fluent it takes around 3-4 mins to import it (Ansys 2019R1, 12 cores, 96gb ram, NVMe drive).

I would say wait and see
