Inflation not meshed properly due to sharp geometry

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to mesh half of a 3D Delta wing and I'm getting a lot of problems to mesh the boundary layer with inflation option because of the sharp edges. (Geometry has to stick to what it is, so it cannot be modified). I'm getting this stair-stepping problem (see pictures) when I leave the geometry as it is. Then I modified it a bit, and created some subdomains for a better definition of the boundary layer and see if inflation worked better this way, but I'm getting failed meshes because inflation does not follow the contour of the wing as it is divided in different bodies (they are together in the same part so I get a conformal mesh). I also attached my settings. I would really appreciate your help. I've been trying to get a good mesh for weeks already. Thanks! |
