Divide entire ground into sub sections for moving ground for vehicle aerodynamics CFD

Hello,

I am performing a 3D windsor body vehicle aerodynamics simulation IN Ansys Fluent and using Ansys mesher. I donot want to have entire ground as moving ground but a small section of it as moving and rest of it to be stationary.

Furthermore, I wish to mesh boundary layer on this moving area more finer than the rest of the ground. If someone can help me out with this.

I have attached the picture of the domain and the region which I want as a moving ground is encircled with a black marker.

For the info, I am using tetrahedral unstructured mesh as a surface and volume mesher. I am also using y+ = 30 on the ground.

Regards
