No "apply" button" on Trying to rotate a block

Dear members,
I know this may sound simple but I've been stuck here..

I'm trying to create a hex mesh for a 3 blade wind turbine.
Using slicing I made a block surrounding one blade (since the blade is horizontal) and saved it as a part in the tree "BLADE_1"
Now I need the two other blades to have the same block, I'm trying to use rotate block, I selected the block and entered all the options and can't find the apply button and the middle click doesn't do it also. A
Any help

Regards,
Hazem

Would it not be easier to mesh only 1/3 of the geometry and make rotational copies of the mesh instead of the blocking? I have not done your approach yet but I guess you have to re-assign all edge associations even if you get the block pattern done?

Thank you for your reply

Dear sir,

Your reply is appreciated!
Your suggestion sounds easier, but are you aware that 1/3 of the mesh would mean 1 blade plus 1/3 of the inner domain's and the outer domain's volumes?

If yes, then could you explain how I can do that?

You would cut your geometry in the CAD tool you use (DesignModeler, SpaceClaim or similar) so you only have 1/3 of it. Then just do the blocking how you did already. Create a mesh from it -> now you have 1/3 of it.
Then in the mesh tools there are options to make rotational or translational copies of the part. Make sure to merge coincident elements when doing this.

This is a good idea thank you for it!
But can I also make the cutting inside the ICEM?
Because I imported only the turbine rotor from design modular and there was a problem in importing the domain cylinders which I drew on ICEM
If not possible to slice on ICEM, could I import one blade and draw 1/3 of a cylinder in ICEM?
