Fsae car aerodynamics

Hi,

I'm trying to make a full car simulation on fluent, but I always get a orthogonal quality 0.00 in fluent meshing. I already tryed to switch to ansys meshing, for better results, but I couldn't go trough.
My mesh has 45 million elements and can't have a decent quality ( just to show how refined I went) and I don't know what else I can do! Can somebody help me with that issue?
It's my first time simulating a body that big and "complex". So maybe I'm a starter in flow simulation :o

Something that may help:
Ansys has added a new CFD tutorial for Formula teams that walk-through CAD simplification and cleanup on real FSAE geometry (from the University of Pittsburg FSAE team), proper mesh settings and quality metrics, boundary conditions, run, and post processing:
