[ICEM] Strange lines in the mesh.

Hi all,

I am trying to generate a structured mesh around a sphere. The domain is a cuboid and I used an O-grid style mesh density increase.

The CFD solution seems reasonable. However, there seem to be some strange line in the mesh that appear in fluent/cfd post on visualisation of a cut section. Could someone please tell me what these artefacts are and how to get rid of them?

Snapshot of a cut plane is attached for reference. I am talking about the parabolic curves above and below the object.

Hi Anil,

Looks like a visual artefact to me, often happens with cut plane. You can use the option "show elements" with will show the attached elements displayed in the cut plane.
