Ansys Meshing doesn't import geometry correctly

Hi to all
I'm facing an odd problem
I've created a geometry in ansys geometry, there are a rectangular box with some tubes in it. I try to subtract tubes from box and preserve them using boolean. it goes great and geometry created as first pic (a box with several holes that fills with tubes).
when I go to ansys meshing, some holes haven't created. It means that i have all of my tubes but only some of them make hole in box!! (second pic)
i've been changing almost all of settings that i think could be help me, but nothing!
it should to be noticed that box and tubes are not a part and they are different parts with unconformal mesh
Looking forward for your response
Thanks in Advance.
