extrude face makes ogrid

hello.
when i extrude face from no_ogrid picture to yes_ogrid picture
there are ogirds made unnecessarily.
what's the reason?

Hello,

Which faces/blocks have you selected to generate your O-Grid? i.e. what were the steps you took to create it?

i selected the left face of the block and extruded ,
then ogrid was made.
i guess, when the face is extruded the ogrid shouldn't be made...

Hmm... Try extruding the face BEFORE you initialize your blocking. From the no_ogrid picture, it looks like you had already initialized your blocking at that point.

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood. In your first post you said face but now I see you mean the face of the block.

Have you associated the block to the corresponding curves after you initialized it? If not, from your blocking, associate the edges to the corresponding curves then extruding the face should work.
