I can't mesh the green part. Multizone keeps failing. Hexa dominant kinda worked, but am i supposed not to work with hexa dominant in cfd?

Have you tried to sweep it all the way? You might need the inner and outer to start and stop at the same location then, meaning the thinner outer part should be a separate body. But they can be connected through Shared topology.

if i select explode part the meshing works but if i form a part with all the bodies errors appear. Any help?

It would help if you could explain the reasoning for dividing the geometry the way you have done. I would still recommend to sweep this. Is there a square hollow middle section in the tube?

You may want to share the geometry model as an attachment.

I divided that for a better mesh. If i do not divide it i cannot sweep because sweeping doesn't allow inflation. I will post a picture with multizone, inflation and face meshing.

That is incorrect, you can use inflation with sweeping. Just select face and edge instead of body and face.

This seems fine to me, but I don't see why there are several Face meshing and inflations, and still a Multizone. Wouldn't you say it is possible to use the large face you have here as the sweep surface? That would require 1) Sweep method, and 2) Inflation of this single face.
