All the Quality Criteria are met. Following is the summary of the mesh quality:
  • Determinant(3X3X3): Min=0.768 to Max=1
  • Equiangle Skewness: Min=0.459 to Max=1
  • Eriksson Skewness: Min=0.701 to Max=1
  • Min angle: Min=41.3 to Max=90
  • Quality: Min=0.66 to Max=1

For the same geometry, if the mesh was generated through the Gambit is giving good result in the Fluent. But the mesh generated with the above mentioned quality in the ICEM CFD is not converging when solved in the Fluent.

Gert-Jan will become famous soon enough
Not converged, has nothing to do with good mesh. In my experience, the coarser the mesh, the better it converges. Since a fine mesh solves local phenomena better, you can easily end up with a transient solution, which will never converge in a steady state analysis. So maybe you are look for the wrong cause of fluent failing.
