Hi All, hope you are doing fine.
It happens several times that I need to import geometry from AutoCAD to ICEm to do CFD analysis. I can import the .dwg file into ICEM, however, I am faced with several issues. The first problem is that CAD takes a long time to import. Then it contains lots of small curves and surfaces that it is almost impossible to generate the mesh or modify the cad model. Any small action again takes a long time for ICEM to be processed. Is there any way that .dwg file can be imported and modified easily? Thanks. |
