Capping Fluid Regions - Problem at defining Inlet & Outlet

3 Attachment(s)
Hello,

it's the first time i'm using Fluent Meshing and got following problem.

I defined the surfaces of the inlet and outlet at spaceclaim as named selection. You can see it at the attachment.

At Fluent Meshing at the step 'Enclose Fluid Regions' i use the defined label 'named selections' from spaceclaim but get the following error:

---- Warning--- Intesecting caps were detected and deleted.

Error: Created caps were self-intersections with the mesh and removed
Error Object: #f

I also try it by choosing two zones and as cap type Annular (2 surface) but get the same error.

Hope someone can help me as fast as possible.
