ANSYS 2020/21 SOLID187 Error
 

Hello, I hope you have been well.

I am currently undergoing my final year's capstone project and am experiencing the follow error.

"The element option SOLID187 was either not ordered with this ANSYS installation or the appropriate product was not selected for this session."

I have tried posting my question on the ANSYS Academic forum however I see that activity in the forum has been low.

Does anyone have any idea as to why I am experiencing this issue? Or is it an issue with the ANSYS license that does not include certain functions.

I am currently using Ansys Mechanical Enterprise Academic Teaching.
