Edge leaking from line after node filling

Hello everyone,
I am making geometry and meshing of square cylinder in a computation domain in ICEM CFD. but after giving meshing parameters, one of the edge is leaking and form a curved shaped instead of straight edge. Please help me in this regard. Attachment 92273 |
