Meshing Robustness of 1 mm capillary/pipe

Hello,

i am working on a project that studies turbulent flow within a D= 2mm diameter. I am facing the following issue: when I run the calculations for the first layer estimation I receive a Δs =0.4 mm for y+ = 30 which is the 1/5 of my diameter, thus I realized that I should not rely on the 30<y+<300 for such small diameters. Which made me wonder if there is a way to verify mesh robustness for such small diameters?
