Hi everyone,
I have a project to simulate a 3D Darrieus VAWT. I am using Fluent as the cfd solver. I separated the fluid domain into two parts, the stationary and rotary domain. I use hex dominant method on the stationary domain and multizone method on the rotary. I can mesh the geometry without any problem, the mesh quality is also pretty good. The mesh is shown in figure 1 and 2.
The problem starts when i open the Fluent solver, i keep getting the error on figure 3 and 4. If i suppress the rotary domain, the Fluent solver can launch without a problem. Did anyone know what might be the problem?
Thank you in advance.
