Meshing a solenoid form copper and kapton tape

Dear community!
I would like to simulate magnetic field inside a solenoid from copper tape and kapton insulator. Both are 0.1mm wide, there is a 10 turns. I suffering with meshing this geometry, whatever I do the mesh of that two material does not overlap. Can anyone help me with this, what else shoud I add? Thanks.
