Structural mesh
 

Hi
I am simulating a pem fuel cell which is completely rectangular and the spiral channel passes through its current collector. I have sized all the edges with the number of division and I have also used face meshing, but my mesh is still inside. The connections are messed up as shown in the picture. I really don't know what to do, please help me.
