nocap187 is on a distinguished road
Hello all,

I am posting here to request some guidance on what automated tools/features of ANSYS I can use to streamline my workflow.

I have >400 STEP files of blood vessels. Each has 1 inlet and 1 outlet. Naturally, the inlet, outlet and walls have irregular shapes and orientations. My goal is to calculate power loss across each blood vessel.

I have previously completed this analysis for 5 STEP files using the following process in ANSYS Workbench [[import geometry --> mesh in ANSYS Meshing + define inlet/outlet/walls --> simulation + power loss calculation in Fluent]]. Although I had set up this pipeline, I still had to redo each step when I would import a new STEP file, and it became apparent that this would not be feasible to do 400 times manually.

I am unfamiliar with the different ways to automate analyses in ANSYS and thus would appreciate any guidance for next steps in tackling the larger set of STEP files that I have.

Thanks!
