Wedge Mesh to Cylinder mesh

Hi, i want to create this kind of mesh in Ansys fluent. So, the cell edges not to be arc shape(curve). first i want to mesh the wedge and then how to rotate mesh to create a cylinder and connect the faces as a full cylinder.
