Hello everyone. I'm trying to analyze combustion performance for my graduation project. I already created CAD from SolidWorks. However, I'm having trouble creating a fluid domain for my analysis. I use some techniques like Lofting in solidworks, volume extraction in spaceclaim etc. but mostly i take an error code as "operation would result in non-manifold bodies" .I attach the cad screenshot in there. I will be appreciated for your guidance.

In spaceclaim, I would create a large box around your geometry, make a segment and then subtract all objects such that they are an obstruction in the flow. That should work.

Thanks for your reply. However, it should not work because I need to obtain the exact fluid volume of the combustor geometry.

There is no reason for your argument that the exact geometry is not maintained.
If you have an exact representation of your solids and subtract that from a gas/air volume, than the exact burner geometry is in your remaining gas/air volume, not?
Why shouldn't it?
