mesh generation

can any one help me in generating mesh.
am doing a multi-block approach for large angle blunt bodies for aerosapce vechicles.am trying for 3-d work(10 degree angle) and am getting triangular elements.

Are you writing the code for meshing or are you using a commercial tool?
