ICEM CFD - minor internal error, number of nodes don't match

Hi everyone,

During blocking of my geometry the following error occurs:

A minor internal error has occurred. You may continue to work but if problems arise they may be related to this error. Try using the check/fix function to fix the problem. The following message was designed to aid developers fix the problem:
number of nodes don't match
2 new O-grid indices defined

I tried to work around this error in order to avoid the occurance but without succes. Does anyone knows the cause of this error and how to solve it?
I'm using a script file to create the geometry and blocking. In the figure attached you can see my blocking layout. I numbered the blocks according to sequence they were created in the script. The error occurs when block 8 is initialised.

Thanks in advance,
