Problems with the Cooper Scheme

I'm trying to mesh a cascade of airfoils from a wind tunnel test section. I have attached a uniform boundary layer mesh to each of my five blades and another uniform boundary layer mesh to the top and bottom of the test section. I filled in the remaining area on one of the side faces using a triangle pave. The airfoils are untwisted and without taper so there really shouldn't be any changes needed to the source face at the new target faces. Unfortunately I am getting inverted cells and highly skewed cells up close to the side walls where i have clustered layers for the sidewall boundary layer. What can I do to help GAMBIT mesh this properly using the Cooper Scheme. Thanks
