Prism in ICEm-CFD 11.0.1
 

Hi Experts,

I am trying to generate a layer of prism in my volume mesh. Since it is a single layer, it should not be a problem. But still my mesher is giving me a warning

"null dir move_v_to_levelset"

&

"internal error move_v_to_levelset"

what are these errors? I initially thought they are related to the geometry, so I regenerated the geometry from surface mesh. Still the problem is not vanishing neither the mesher is coming out. It is continuously working, but not finishing.

Did anybody here face such problem before?

Hi, i'm getting the same error and problem while generating a single layer prism .. Did yu arrive at a resolution? I would like to know if u have.

I realized it was a memory issue, when i ran it in parallel (rather than my local) it worked fine.
