ACIS error 50004

hi, when I try to import a geometry of STEP format into gambit, I encounter this error :"ACIS error 50004 : coedge parameter rang is zero".
can anybody please help me?

disable all the options except "make Tolerant"
Else try to reimport your step file into the cad soft you tried to export from.
If it not successfull then, it lies in your first export.

on which cad soft do you export your step?

I used CATIA V5R17 to make the step file

upload your step file on a server and give the link
Were you able to retrieve your geometry as you imported your step file into CATIA?

Version...

I have not looked at your file, but it may be a version thing...

CatiaV5 may be exporting an ACIS version that GAMBIT's ACIS reader was never updated to support.

You may want to look into your CatiaV5 export settings to see if it can export in older versions of ACIS. For instance, if it is currently at ACIS 18, then you may want to export as ACIS 12.

I was able to import it without problem within gambit 2.4.6
