Mouse...

If you don't have a middle mouse button (such as on a laptop), you can click left and right buttons simultaneously. I have always found that too awkward to work with though.

Are you saying your mouse just doesn't work properly or that ICEM CFD is not properly recognizing the mmb?

If it is the mouse, I recommend a new mouse. If it is the software, that is the first I have heard of this problem... Please give more details. Is it a specific command or every command? What is happening?

Hello, Iīm going to explain my problem.

Iīm doing the tutorial that describes how to repair the geometry.

I have to remove a hole, the tutorialīs steps are:

Select any one of the boundary curves on the hole
Press “l” (lower case L) on the keyboard or Select all items attached to current selection in the Select geometry toolbar
Selects all curves tangentially attached to the selected curve (“flood fill”)
Selection restricted to yellow (single edge ) curves
Middle mouse, then hit Apply
Press “y” to accept the surface

When I press the middle mouse (in my mouse is a wheel), the selection desappears.

I change the mouse and I had the same problem. I try to pulse left/right buttons at the same time but nothing changed.

Ends the selection

When you use this command, the middle mouse button ends the selection.

Then it switches to preview mode. If your background is set to black, this is easiest to see. It asks you to select "y" or "n".

If you select yes, then it creates the surface.

When you hit the middle mouse button (I also have a wheel mouse on Windows), does it ask you for "y" or "n"?

What happens when you select "y" or "n"?
