Default size function into cylinder

hi
i have meshed a cylinder and the quality is bad, so if i want a better quality i will use size function. the problem is that i know idea of which i can use, do you help me?

did you take a look at gambit tutorials?
This is the first thing to do, when we don't have any idea on a feature

Yes, i have saw the modelling guides.
now the problem is another, i have genereted a size function and the type is fixed. i can see by the command of visualize size function. the problem is that the number of mesh not change. i suppose that the command is not applied.
what do you think?

If the number of cells doesn t change, it means that the sze function is ignored or not well defined.
If you try to modify SF, do you see the one you defined?

The curved size function has to be used for curved surfaces, select the appropriate angle for good mesh.
