help simplify geometry for CFX

Hi,
I'm a newbie and I would appreciate any help.
I would like to evaluate the temperature distribution in an animal housing (19.75m by 7m by 2.89m) with air inlets on the roof, exhaust fans on the sidewall and heat generating animals (modeled as cylinders) enclosed in pens as shown in the attached file. The room was modeled in Autocad and imported in SAT form to Workbench. Problem is the solver gave out an error on isolated volumes. Can you please help me by suggesting how to improve my geometry, manage the domain assignment and simplify it not just to address the isolated volume error but to save on computing time.
Thank you very much.
