Problem making a face

Hello, I have to mesh a blade but first I should make the faces (intrados and extrados), I canīt do it, anybody can help me?

I can't open the file. Can you post some pictures?

geometry/vertices/connect vertices
Choose Real and Virtual (Tolerance)
Select All vertices.
It will connect all your vertices (that's your problem).
Once it is doen you can create your faces and also the volume
