After importing IGS file in ANSYS
After importing IGS file in ANSYS workbench i found about 43 bodies in my model..i want them to be reduced them in to few as the meshing process is taking soo much time for these number of bodies
2ndly how can i make a circular sheet (surface) on concrete surface..?? i have heard that it requires very challenging skills of manual meshing in order to make proper bond between the concrete and the fiber composite layer on it ?? |
Hello I have imported my files in ANSYS successfully however i need to move their position up a bit. I cant seem to be able to do that so far. Once imported its default frozen. I can unfreez them ofcourse but i dont think that will do me any good. I have a shaft ( i need to import it 2 times to have 2 shafts) and then shift each so that they are parallel to each other.
The job is very simple and i am sure i am missing some thing very basic, help would be appreciated. |
HI Shaheer,
Import you shaft once and then Pattern it on the newer coordinate system. Done! Cheers KAPI |
