Defining the surfaces in ANSYS 12.1

Hello,
I have a little problem with ANSYS workbench 12.1. I am new to this program. I was using Gambit before. I want to define the surfaces as velocity_inlet, outlet, symmetry, and etc. This was easy in Gambit but I can't figure out how to do it in ANSYS workbench. Could anyone enlighten me ??

Ah, I keep getting reminded to make a short movie about this... Perhaps I will tomorrow afternoon. it is a good Friday afternoon task if I can get some critical things out of the way first.

The secret is "Named Selections"...

I have posted about this a bunch of times, so just search for that phrase.
