Gambit to Fluent error: can't upload Brain Mesh

1 Attachment(s)
Hey, all, thanks for reading this.

I have a problem with a 3-D Brain Volumetric mesh I created in Mimic from MRI images. Basically, I created a 3-D Mesh in Mimic, then smoothed it and constructed a volumetric mesh and defined boundary conditions in GAMBIT. The problem is, when I try to read the .msh file in FLUENT, I get a few errors.

I attached an image with the error line I get when I run FLUENT.

It could be a variety of things, one of which could be overlapping elements. It could even be an issue with a low-resolution MRI image. In any case, I cannot computate the mesh file of the brain I created because FLUENT cannot read the file.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this, or have any advice on how to avoid this problem?

*idiot question: did you try to rename your mesh file? (your mesh file has a long string)
*In gambit while you export the mesh you don't get any message meaning your geometry doesn't contain any elements, right?
If you go to examine mesh, you can see your mesh?

Actually, I figured out the problem. The problem was the surface mesh was riddled with problems. The file string was not an issue, but thanks for bringing it to my attention.
