how hexahedral mesh is done

hello,
i am very new to this field. i am working on centrifugal pump. i was told to to do hexahedral meshing of the pump. since it's casing, water passage and impellor are not simple geometry(i.e. with continuing changing cross section).
wat can i do abt it.

urgent plz reply

you may have to use ICEM. You may find that it is hard ,even impossible to use GAMBIT to do hexahedral meshing for a complicated geometry

they are just two aspects of evaluations of the grid you mesh.you had better learn from the GAMBIT help

i am working on centrifugal pump. the solution of the pump is not converging. the graph that is plotted during iterations shows very fluctuating lines. wat can be the problem. kindly reply.........
