Iam trying to mesh a heat exchanger pipe with inside cylinder dia9.5mm , length 1200mm and outside cylinder dia 28.5mm and length 1300mm. 2d mesh is fine but while using 3d tetra mesh with cfd mesh its giving the above mentioned problem. The parameters for cfd mesh im using are
Total BL thckness-3mm
First layer thckness-.5mm
growth rate-1.
Kindly suggest.
