Error starting Gambit

Hi,
I just installed Gambit and when I try to start it I have the following error:

LANG it_IT.UTF-8 changed temporarily to C for gambit use.
Starting /usr/local/Fluent.Inc/gambit2.4.6/lnx86/gambit ...
/usr/local/Fluent.Inc/gambit2.4.6/lnx86/gambit: error while loading shared libraries: libXpm.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Does anybody have any idea on what to do to solve the problem?

This is not a Gambit issue, but a linux one.
Shard Library problem which can be fixed by installing right libraries.

I understand I have to find this library and install it, but where and how?
Can you please explain in detail?

in google, type:
