Hi
I'm a first step in Fluent and gambit. I'm using [Gambit2.1.x:trainging Notes] to learn a gambit. But at the first step I could not understand about grading(dividing edge). In a book, grading has 8 option (succesive ratio, first length, last lenth, first last ratio, last first ratio, exponent, bi-exponent , bell shaped) but I just understand only succesive ratio..... please help me to understand rest of dividing option. and please recommend another good training book about gambit. my manual has a few explanation. thank you |

grading isn't dividing.
what you are talking about, is node distribution along one edge. successive ratio is the default one: node distribution is constant (no grading) Regarding the other I am only using exponent and bi-exponent ("heavy" node distribution at one extremity or both extremities (bi-exponent)
