Meshing in gambit for contour structure nose

Hello.. I used MIMICS to create the nose model, then transfer it to CATIA to create surfaces.. Then export the iges file to Gambit for meshing before send it to FLuent..
However, since nose is very curvature and complicated structure, the model i created consists of 1303 faces. And when i open it in gambit, I dont think i can mesh the edges 1 by 1 and i think when i finish it, i will become crazy.. Is there any simpler method? Thanks..
