WorkBench Errors( Geometry not loading), Bad Autodyn cell template
 

Hello. I have been having a problem in workbench on ANSYS 12.0. When I open workbench and start a fluid flow(fluent) scheme, I get warning messages of Autodyn: bad cell template.
Also, Design Geometry would not just load. Even when I import a geometry it wont load and cant mesh.
Anybody has any ideas on how to fix this?

Basically every other thing works but Design Geometry does not load. It just shows ready

Clearly, this works for most of our customers or there wouldn't be any users. We need to know what is different about your setup or perhaps some more particulars about how you are using it.

Are you sure you have a license for DesignModeler?

Can you take a screen shot showing the error?

It used to work before. I have an academic license. I dont know if its a corrupt file or something else.

Start a new session and see how that does... Perhaps it would be a good idea to call tech support. Even academics can get official tech support... ;)
