Ansys 12 Error
 

Recently I have installed the new version of Ansys, 13. When I want to run Ansys Workbench I get the Send/Don't Send error. The same happens when I want to uninstall it. How can I fix this?

N.B.: I am using a Toshiba Laptop with Windows 7 x64 which could ran just fine Ansys 12.

LE: I have resolved the problem. After the clean install of Windows 7, I installed de display drivers and so appeared the incompatiblity which caused Ansys to crash. After unistalling the display drivers manually installed, Ansys just works fine.
