Meshing a moving car on ground

2 Attachment(s)
Hi,
I am trying to solve a system of two cars moving in opposite direction on the ground for the generated turbulence. My mesh (see attached pic) was created using ICEM and exported to FLUENT. Although quite fine mesh was generated on the surfaces, y+ is still much greater than 200 on car and ground surfaces (see attached plot). As FLUENT dynamic meshing scheme has to be used (to make two cars moving respective to one another), I guess I can't use prism mesh to better solve boundary layer effect, which prevents me from getting y+ values in the range of 30~200. And it's not quite possible for me to use finner mesh too. I use a computer of 10G RAM and core i7 CPU. Is there any chance that I can use prism near car and ground surfaces? Is there any other thing that I can do to improve y+ near the walls?

Any idea is highly appreciated!
