Hello,

I will be grateful for info how to deal with the 2d boundary layer on highly convex boundaries ("corners") in GAMBIT. How to fix boundary layer shown on the image attached? I have set "internal continuity" option.

Yes it is thick for Gambit, but represents quite correctly the problem: a small step at the airfoil at low reynolds number. In my case bl size is of order of 1 mm at Re=50000, while the step size is of order of 5-10 mm.

if the BL is to thick, Gambit should failed to create it.
In your case Gambit creates something.

I have already solved the problem (see image below). I have just meshed edge containing corner using curvature size function.
