Sharing surface

Hi all
I have some problem.
I have a box which is divided into to smaller boxed, then naturally they share on surface.
I do like this.
1.Create points
2.Create curves
3.create surfaces
4.create body, one upboxcells and one downboxcells
5.create parts, one upbox and one down box
In 4. and 5. they have a combined surface.

6. create blocking, here I again choose the upboxcells and downboxcells, creating a 3D box. I here have to select merge the 3D blocks
7. Pre-mesh params , choose the wanted resolution, make sure that the x and y cells are the same for both "boxes"
8. save unstruct mesh
9 load from blocking
10 output with BCs. fluid for the cells and walls for the rest.
11 try to run fluentMeshToFoam in OpenFoam and get error

Anyone who can help ?
