hi all,
i have made a pipe and i have to mesh it. i splitted the volume into four equal parts and created a mesh for each part separately which have equal number of elements. now i want to merge those separate meshes into a single mesh. i am using GAMBIT for meshing. can any body please help me? thanks in advance |

its been a while, but the way I did this was at each of the interfaces of your equal parts I created a plane and meshed that. Then, you use that plane to mesh the pipe section. This allows for an easy mesh-merge.

I don't understand why you want to merge the volume-meshes.
If your volumes are connected, then go to file/export/mesh. The result should be what you expect.
