Meshing Spiral

4 Attachment(s)
Hi, I'm new to CFD and trying to get heat transfer into a spiral coil. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on meshing this kind of setup?

When I got a basic mesh working in fluent the coupled boundary conditions were correct, however it said there was reversed flow in the system. Is this due to the small enclosure height? In which case I made a second model, however this doesn't mesh. I was wondering if anyone knew any tricks on meshing this (such as making a fine mesh near the coil but less so further out of the enclosure?).

Thanks in advance for any help :)
